The recorder of deeds issues marriage licenses and records real estate transfers, deeds of trust, power of attorney, surveys, tax liens and military discharges. Our records date back to 1825 and copies can be made for a nominal fee. For Specific questions regarding fees or recording guidelines, please call our office.

Data Availability:
- Real Estate Land Records indexed in Old Records from August 1972 with images available (Books 316-324 Page 1861)
- Deeds are indexed from 1995 through current date with images
- Tax Liens are indexed from May 1995 through current date and images are available beginning February 2008
- Marriage License are indexed from 1995 through current date and images are unavailable
Printing Document Images Options:
- CREDIT CARD - Fifteen (15) minute pass - $7.00 plus convenience fee of $1.95. One (1) hour pass - $25.00 plus convenience fee of $1.95.
